By focusing on core functionalities such as easy user authentication, personalized profiles, and a dynamic feed, we're aiming to foster a strong network effect. This network will drive student engagement and lay the groundwork for future scaling efforts. Our immediate goal is to build an ecosystem that meets the specific needs of VIT students, while preparing for the transition to alumni and beyond.

In the long term, once PairUp gains traction and achieves critical mass within VIT, we plan to scale the platform to other top-tier colleges. By incorporating features like mentorship matching, job and internship boards, and AI-driven recommendations, we aim to create a robust, thriving community.
